Errors trying to update

One of my clients recently updated their liveZilla installation. Now whenever they try to login they get that error "the livezilla server you are trying to connect to has a lower product version".

Here's the problem. When trying to run the server update via the serve admin, we're getting errors trying to login to the server profile. After selecting the serve profile and putting in the username/password, we get an error "the server response had an invalid structure"

They already updated their client an things went well. Now we're trying to update the server to match the client version.

Any other ideas? My client needs this running again and it's hard to get it fixed since I'm not there

If you think she needs to reinstall everything, is there a detailed step-by-step of how to do that and how to backup her data?

I had the same problem and resorted to a new installation.

1. By FTP delete the contents of the folder
2. Login to phpMyAdmin and export the SQL data
3. Delete the database
4. Create new database and add user with full perms
5. Do a new install
6. Import the data back failed, so run an "Empty" on each table using phpMyAdmin
7. Now do an import to MySQL

This worked for me and I hope it helps someone in the same predicament.
